Since 1975 the Carnival of the little ones also chooses its Queen from among the aspirants who each year opt for the title of sovereign. The Children’s Queen is elected in a show with the participation of murgas, comparsas and children’s choreographic groups, as well as outstanding performances by artists and singers.

The candidate elected Queen will participate, from her appointment, in the events included in the Carnival calendar with the participation of children.
